Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Izzy Automation offers custom-built automation services. Because each project is built specifically for the client, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Project-Based Work
- Each project is structured around a written scope of work with defined deliverables and a defined price.
- Payments tied to milestones become non-refundable once work on that milestone has begun, since the time, labor, and design work for that milestone cannot be returned.
- Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Client
- You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient).
- If you cancel mid-milestone, the milestone in progress is billed at a prorated amount based on work completed up to the cancellation date. Future, unstarted milestones are not billed.
- Any payments already received for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Izzy Automation
- I may end an engagement if a client becomes unresponsive, fails to provide required access or information, or fails to pay an invoice on time.
- If I end an engagement for reasons unrelated to the client's behavior, any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be refunded.
Disputes and Adjustments
If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will review and correct issues at no additional cost. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support at no charge for bug fixes and adjustments.

Cancellation requests, refund inquiries, or scope disputes should be sent to izzyautomations@gmail.com. I respond within two business days.
